Dear AUMC member, On Monday, 21st of March we’ll be holding our AGM. We’ll be meeting at 6pm for free pizzas and snacks, and will proceed with the meeting around 6:20-6:30. The meeting itself is expected to be brief – around 20-30 minutes. Once that’s out of the way we can get stuck in to the food and talk about the trips you want to go on.

This AGM is a chance for you to have a say on how you want your AUMC run, including what you like about the AUMC, and what you think could be improved. All positions on the AUMC Committee are open for election, including president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, equipment officer, bushwalking officer, canoe/kayak officer, climbing officer, watersports officer and general committee members. 

Becoming a Committee member is a great chance to help in the running of the AUMC and to add to your resume, and is not a huge time commitment, with meetings held on average once every 2 months. Please email info@nullaumc.asn.au if you would like some further information on a specific position, or would like to nominate. Nominations can also be made on the evening. If for some reason you can’t make the meeting but would like to nominate for a committee position then please send me an email.

I’ll also mention this again: FREE FOOD!
